On the first run of My Vacation Tracker, you will see a window to let you set up accrual calculate option. You can choose from Natural Year, Enrollment Anniversary, or Company's Fiscal Year. See the following screenshots: wizard

If you missed that screen, you can do the same thing from Preferences -> Company Info.: preference
